CANCELLATIONS
All AiNO wallcovering products are made to order. Full payment is required before production begins. Orders are non-cancelable once payment has been received and production has begun. No returns will be accepted as wallcoverings are made to order.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Care and maintenance instructions are provided with each shipment and are available on our website in the Downloads section.

CLAIMS
Customers should examine all products upon receipt to verify they are as ordered. Claims relating to product defects or mis-shipped orders must be submitted in writing with photographs to AiNO no later than 30 days from the date of invoice.

A Return Authorization is required prior to returning any product under a claim. To request a Return Authorization, contact hello@shopaino.com with your order information. AiNO will issue a return shipping label at AiNO’s cost. The Return Authorization must be included in the return to ensure accurate processing. If a Return Authorization is issued, the product must be received by AiNO within 30 days of the issue date for credit to be processed.

AiNO will correct the order and reship at its cost or, if not possible, will issue a refund or credit.

COLOR MATCHING
Commercially acceptable color variations may occur among production runs. Due to the nature of individual monitors and screens, actual product colors may vary slightly from what is seen online. If an exact color match is required, a sample for approval must be requested before an order is placed. We recommend approving the sample in the lighting it will be installed in, as this can affect how color is perceived.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom color and substrate orders are subject to a 300 SF minimum order and a +/– 10% variance. Full payment is required prior to production. Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Custom proofs are provided free of charge for up to three (3) proofs per project. Additional proofs beyond that are provided at AiNO's discretion and may be subject to a fee.

FINISHES
Clear Shield, a protective topcoat finish, is available on select AiNO wallcovering products. Orders for products with Clear Shield are subject to minimum order requirements and a +/– 10% variance and are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

FLAME CERTIFICATES
Flame certificates are available in the Downloads section of our website or upon request. Contact hello@shopaino.com or your sales representative for more information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All creative and intellectual property offered through AiNO, including products, brands, and their images, are protected by US and foreign copyrights and are either owned by AiNO or licensed through third parties. The purchase of any product from AiNO does not grant the purchaser a license or any other right to use designs and their images independent of the materials themselves, or for any other derivative uses, without prior written approval by AiNO.

The brand name “AiNO” is a registered trademark of HiiVE Creative, LLC. Any unauthorized use of AiNO or its licensors’ designs, or of the corresponding logo or trademark, will be prosecuted as an infringement.

The AiNO name is strictly prohibited from use in advertising and promotion of any finished product containing AiNO wallcovering, other than to accurately reflect that such products incorporate AiNO wallcovering. Any direct or implied statement that AiNO has supplied or manufactured any finished product which AiNO in fact did not will be considered false, misleading, and a breach of trademark rights.

Images of AiNO products on www.shopaino.com and/or www.hiivecreative.com are owned by AiNO and protected by US and foreign copyrights. Copying, downloading, modifying, or redistributing images is not permitted without prior written authorization.

MINIMUM ORDERS
The following minimum order quantities apply:

•  Standard wallcovering products: 150 SF

•  Products sold in 15 linear yard rolls: 195 SF

•  Custom color and substrate orders: 300 SF

All orders are subject to a +/– 10% variance. AiNO reserves the right to update minimum order requirements without prior notice.

PRICING
All pricing is in USD. Prices are subject to change, and AiNO reserves the right to discontinue any style or color without prior notice. US pricing is FOB Phoenix, AZ or Olive Branch, MS, depending on the manufacturing location. All prepaid orders must include applicable shipping, handling, and tax charges unless a third-party freight forwarder is being used by the Purchaser. Quotes are good for 30 days from the date issued, as noted on them.

RETURNS
All AiNO wallcovering products are made to order. Returns are not accepted except in the case of a valid warranty claim or a mis-shipped order as described in the Claims section above.

SAMPLES
Samples are available exclusively to licensed designers and trade professionals, and their contractors, sub-contractors, and installers. Samples are not provided to students or members of the general public. Standard product samples are available free of charge and are fulfilled through Material Bank. For custom color and substrate orders, see Custom Orders above regarding proof samples. AiNO reserves the right to determine sample eligibility in all cases.

SHIPPING
All shipments are FOB origin from Phoenix, AZ or Olive Branch, MS. AiNO ships in accordance with customer instructions. Unless complete shipping instructions are provided by the customer, AiNO reserves the right to determine the shipping method based on the destination and order volume.

AiNO is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to strikes, labor difficulties, failure or delay of sources of supply, transportation difficulties, bad weather, accidents, fires, or any other causes beyond AiNO’s control.

TESTING
Product performance and test information is available upon request. Contact hello@shopaino.com or your sales representative for certified test results.

WARRANTY
HiiVE Creative, LLC, doing business as AiNO, warrants that for a period of three (3) years from the date of sale of any wallcovering product (“Product”) manufactured by it, if properly installed, the Product shall be: (1) free of manufacturing defects; (2) shall not separate from its backing; and (3) shall not exhibit stains caused by ink “bleeding” or impurities in the substrate or ink.

“Properly installed” means installed by a professional or knowledgeable installer, in conformity with AiNO’s installation instructions available in the Downloads section of www.shopaino.com and included with every quote and shipment. Installation must be on a structurally sound wall that is free of any moisture infiltration or accumulation, and in compliance with the recommended surfaces indicated in the installation instructions.

This Warranty is not assignable or transferable and extends only to the original purchaser of the Product.

This Warranty does not cover and expressly excludes any damage, loss, cost, defect, or deficiency arising out of or relating to: (a) accident, abuse, misuse, or vandalism; (b) mold or mildew; (c) use of incompatible materials, accessories, or supplies; (d) abnormal conditions of use, including use on walls subject to moisture infiltration or accumulation; (e) improper storage, handling, installation, or maintenance; (f) design, installation, or construction defects and/or deficiencies of any kind; (g) fire, flood, or other acts, omissions, causes, or events beyond AiNO’s control; (h) wallcovering that has been altered by anyone other than AiNO; or (i) any other loss, cost, damage, defect, or deficiency not within the scope of this limited and exclusive warranty.

AiNO shall supply replacement products free of charge if AiNO, in its sole discretion, determines upon inspection that the Product fails to conform to this warranty. Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographs to hello@shopaino.com within 30 days after discovery of any alleged defect, or within 30 days of when such defect should have, with reasonable diligence, been discovered. AiNO shall be provided a reasonable opportunity to examine the allegedly nonconforming Product before its use or further processing. Failure to comply with these notice provisions shall constitute a waiver of all claims.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN BY HIIVE CREATIVE / AiNO WITH RESPECT TO THESE PRODUCTS. ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES CLAIMED TO ARISE FROM TRADE USAGE, CUSTOM, OR COURSE OF DEALING.

IN NO EVENT WILL HIIVE CREATIVE / AiNO OR ITS DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL HIIVE CREATIVE / AiNO’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE AND/OR INVOICED VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. AiNO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All purchase orders will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the order is placed with AiNO.
